This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 7 Wonders ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This agreement governs your use of the website 7 Wonders accessible at https://7wonders.best, including all services, games, and features available on the platform.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7 Wonders, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or are physically located in Malaysia when using the platform;
• You are registering an account for your own personal use only, and not on behalf of any other individual or entity;
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date;
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

7 Wonders reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the platform 7 Wonders, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 21 and above are permitted to register and use this platform. 7 Wonders takes seriously its responsibility to ensure that no children or minors access our platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual.

One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 7 Wonders. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and winnings forfeited.

Account Information: You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful registration information;
• Updating your information whenever there are any changes;
• Keeping your account password confidential — do not share it with anyone;
• Report to the support team 7 Wonders immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

7 Wonders not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

7 Wonders supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits:

• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX – including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Public Bank Online, BSN, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating FPX banks

Deposit Amount:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and poker
• Minimum deposit: RM 5 for digital lottery
• Maximum daily deposit limits may vary by account tier and may be subject to identity verification for larger amounts

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 7 Wonders does not charge any processing fees for deposits made through any of the listed methods. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Withdrawal of winnings at 7 Wonders subject to the following terms and conditions:

Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being submitted, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. For large withdrawal amounts (exceeding RM 50,000) or cases where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 1 to 3 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction;
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or equivalent to, the deposit method used;
• The account must have completed basic identity verification (KYC Level 1) before the first withdrawal can be processed;
• For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within a month, full identity verification (KYC Level 2) is required — this includes submitting a copy of your identification card and proof of address;
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms and must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

7 Wonders reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for reasonable security review purposes, including to verify the account holder's identity or investigate any suspicious activity. In such cases, we will notify you within 24 hours and provide an estimated resolution time.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 7 Wonders is subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer:

Wagering Requirement: Bonuses received by a member 7 Wonders – including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and promotional rewards – must be wagered the specified number of times before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the respective promotions page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• Using two or more accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in all accounts involved being closed;
• 7 Wonders reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of promotional system abuse;
• Bonuses have a stated validity period — any bonus not used within the designated timeframe will expire automatically.

Eligible Games for Bonus Wagering: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Sports Betting: 100% wagering contribution
• Slots: 100% wagering contribution
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 20% wagering contribution
• Poker: 10% wagering contribution
• Lottery: 50% wagering contribution

7 Wonders offers betting markets across a wide range of sports, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, MPL Malaysia esports, tennis, basketball, and over 35 other sports. Sports Betting is subject to the following rules:

Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by the system 7 Wonders and a confirmation number is issued. Unconfirmed bets cannot be claimed as winnings. Should a technical issue occur during the confirmation process, we will investigate and notify you within 24 hours.

Match Cancellation:

• If a match is postponed before it begins, all bets will be fully refunded;
• If a match begins but is not completed (abandoned before full time), bets will be settled based on the official result announced by the organising body. If no official result is announced within 48 hours, bets will be refunded;
• For football matches, a minimum of 90 minutes of play (excluding extra time) is required for bets to be considered valid, unless otherwise stated in the relevant market.

Live Betting: Live betting odds change in real time. Bets accepted at a given set of odds are final — no odds adjustments will be made once a bet is confirmed. 7 Wonders reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any time based on match developments.

Odds Errors: In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed (for example, odds of 100.00 for a heavily favoured team), 7 Wonders reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake amount to your account.

All live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and other live games) and slots games at 7 Wonders uses audited technology to ensure true fairness and randomness.

RNG (Random Number Generator): Slot games use an RNG system that is certified and independently audited by a qualified third party. This ensures that every spin is entirely independent and random — the outcome of a previous spin has no bearing on the next.

Technical Disruptions: If a casino or slots game is interrupted by a technical issue — such as an internet disconnection or server disruption during an active game session — 7 Wonders will:

• Refunding the affected bet amount if the outcome of a game cannot be determined;
• Honour the outcome recorded in the system logs where the result can be verified;
• Investigate and resolve disputes arising from technical disruptions within 5 business days.

Betting Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary depending on your account tier at 7 Wonders.

Digital lottery games at 7 Wonders including Mega Jackpot, Daily 4D Lottery, 3D Lottery, Power Ball, and Scratch & Win Digital. All lottery games are subject to the following rules:

• Purchased tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable except in cases of verifiable technical issues;
• Draws are conducted using an independently audited RNG to ensure complete fairness;
• Draw results announced on the platform 7 Wonders is final;
• Lottery winnings are automatically credited to your account once the draw is completed and verified;
• For jackpot winnings exceeding RM 100,000, additional verification will be carried out and may take 1 to 3 business days;
• Digital Scratch & Win tickets that have been "scratched" are considered used and are non-refundable regardless of the game outcome.

Online poker games at 7 Wonders – including Texas Hold'em and Omaha – are subject to the following specific rules:

• A player may only be seated at one table at a time, unless explicitly permitted under a specific multi-tabling mode;
• The use of poker assistance software (poker bots, solvers, or any automated tools) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure;
• Any form of collusion between players — including sharing hand information, coordinating to pressure other players, or chip dumping — constitutes serious fraud and will be met with strict action;
• All decisions made at the poker table are final. Any dispute regarding an individual hand must be raised within 24 hours of that hand being played;
• Rake fees (table commission) are charged at the rates displayed in each game room.

Use of the platform 7 Wonders subject to a strict code of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any compensation:

• Multiple account ownership: Registering or using more than one account in any manner;
• Use of false information: Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual;
• System exploitation: Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering: Using the platform 7 Wonders for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;
• Use of automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to access or play on the platform;
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or fellow players;
• Credit card fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Deliberate technical interference: Deliberately disrupting the operation of our platform or security systems.

7 Wonders employs a sophisticated fraud detection system and works with payment providers to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. All suspected fraud cases will be thoroughly investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7 Wonders reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Facilitating fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents;
• Self-request by the member (for responsible gambling purposes or otherwise);
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months.

Account Balance Upon Closure:

• If an account is closed at the member's own request, any remaining balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned upon completion of identity verification;
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 7 Wonders reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including any pending withdrawals;
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 until the account balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed unfairly, you may submit an appeal by emailing support@7wonders.best within 30 days of the suspension date. We are committed to investigating and responding to all appeals within 7 business days.

7 Wonders strives to keep the platform running 24/7 without interruption. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times without any disruption. By using this platform, you agree that:

• 7 Wonders not liable for any losses resulting from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events;
• Maximum liability 7 Wonders to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim;
• You are placing bets with full awareness of the risk of losing money, and you accept complete responsibility for your own betting decisions;
• 7 Wonders does not provide any betting or financial advice and is not responsible for any decisions you make based on information available on the platform.

7 Wonders genuinely cares about the well-being of our members. We provide the following responsible gaming tools within every account:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that cannot be exceeded;
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a period of your choosing;
• Session Time Limits: Set a daily session time limit;
• Cool-off Period: Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop playing altogether.

Limit requests and self-exclusion will be enforced within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the specified period. These are protective measures we have put in place for your benefit.

Continued use of the platform 7 Wonders after the changes take effect will be considered as your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
